Incredible takeout at Fish and Sips. The interior is superb,,, plenty of seating for take out customers to wait too. Service was really kind and attentive. Food was the main event, and it certainly was excellent. We ordered the Fisherman's platter with a couple of sides. Note: ask for tartar sauce, as the didhes come with a marinara sauce. No hot sauce available at time of this review.

Fish & Sips is an absolute gem! This restaurant hits every note: quality, service and ambience! We were warmly welcomed by the professional and knowledgeable team, who clearly take pride in both their service and the exceptional food they serve. Each bite of our meal was outstanding. The location is not only conveniently right in the heart of Collingwood, the atmosphere inside is equally inviting — relaxed, comfortable, and full of charm.

A real hidden gem. The service was the best service ever. I wish I'd remember our server's name! Michelle perhaps? She was so awesome! She went above and beyond answering questions about other places we wanted to visit and eat! We went for lunch and loved our.food so much that came back the same day for dinner. The chowder is delicious, the tacos amazing!!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable dining experience. Food Quality: We enjoyed fish and chips, shrimp, and fries, all of which were outstanding. The freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the oil used for frying made the dishes delicious and memorable. Staff: The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The owner herself was very gracious, and our waitress was both kind and professional. Cleanliness: The restrooms were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the overall attention to detail and care in the restaurant.

I cannot express in words how amazing this place is! We were visiting Collingwood from Toronto, and I’d been craving fish and chips for such a long time. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Our server, Jamie, greeted us warmly and provided such kind and attentive service. We asked for a recommendation for a fish that doesn’t have a strong smell, and she suggested the haddock—it was perfect! We also ordered the calamari, which was crispy, perfectly cooked, and not oily at all. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The portions were generous and filling, and everything was seasoned so well. The fish was light, flavorful, and not greasy at all. My mom, who has a sensitive stomach and is usually very particular about her food, absolutely loved this place, which says a lot! To finish, we shared their famous lime pie, and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Hats off to the owner for running such an amazing restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our dinner at Fish & Sips! The halibut was perfectly cooked — light, crispy batter and super fresh with no fishy taste (just how I like it). The fries were golden and delicious. A special shoutout to Michele, our server, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our meal even more enjoyable. You can tell they care about quality and service here. Definitely the best fish & chips I’ve had in a long time, we’ll be back for sure!

The cod and chips here are excellent. The batter is crispy and the fish is cooked through. The chips are served without salt, so you can add some if you want. The malt vinegar comes in a spray bottle, so you get the right amount. I sat outside. My server was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. When I ordered inside, they were very friendly. I’ve eaten here annually, since before and during the pandemic. It’s an excellent place to eat fish and chips. I’m never disappointed.
